Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and filing to support office operations.
- Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project updates and information flow.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to ongoing projects and business activities.
- Maintain and update client and vendor databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and project teams.
- Support financial activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, and coordinating with accounting teams.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Perform general office duties to create an organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment.
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably within the electrical/electronic manufacturing or technology integration sectors.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or project management software.
