In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services for our clients while working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and internationally focused environment.
You’ll be the go-to expert on Brazil payroll legislation—ensuring every detail is correct, every report reconciled, and every client satisfied. Beyond processing, you’ll contribute to audits, drive compliance, and support continuous improvement in our operations.

Main responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining accurate payroll records in compliance with Brazil’s payroll legislation
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies to ensure payroll accuracy before processing
- Reviewing and reconciling pre-processing reports to catch any errors early
- Performing thorough checks and validations to ensure payroll results are error-free
- Keeping all payroll files and documentation up-to-date to support audits and compliance
- Ensuring timely and precise payroll delivery in line with client SLAs
- Preparing and submitting all required statutory declarations to Brazilian authorities
- Producing standard and ad-hoc payroll reports and responding to client-specific reporting needs
Experience needed for this role
- Proven experience running in-house Brazil payroll with confidence and accuracy
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English to communicate effectively across global teams
- A degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, to manage and analyse data efficiently
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- A self-starter mindset—you take ownership and drive your work forward independently
- A forward-thinking approach with great planning and prioritisation skills
