A Remote Administrative Assistant provides virtual administrative and clerical support to executives, managers, or teams while working from a home-based or remote location. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing communications, scheduling, documentation, and organizational tasks using digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle email correspondence and respond on behalf of leadership
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
Maintain digital filing systems and company records
Coordinate virtual meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
Support project coordination and task tracking
Manage travel arrangements (if applicable)
Perform general administrative support duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office coordinator
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
