Graphic Designer – Social Media & Digital Content

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in social media content creation. This role will focus on designing high-impact visual assets that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands social media trends, and can create engaging pieces optimized for different platforms. Experience in UX/UI design and motion/slow-motion content is a strong plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Design
- Design engaging visual assets for social media (posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners, ads)
- Create branded templates to ensure visual consistency
- Adapt designs to fit different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals
- Optimize visuals for engagement, clarity, and performance
Motion & Video Support
- Create simple motion graphics and slow-motion visual effects when needed
- Support short-form video content with overlays, transitions, and animations
- Enhance video quality through dynamic visual elements
UX/UI (Plus)
- Support basic UX/UI design needs (landing pages, website elements, user flows)
- Contribute to improving visual consistency across digital touchpoints
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, especially for social media
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital work
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)
- Basic experience with motion graphics or slow-motion effects
- Understanding of social media design trends and best practices
- Experience in UX/UI design is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
- Experience working with growing brands or online communities
- Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Understanding of conversion-focused design
