Ensure hair and specimen samples are mailed out in a timely manner
Schedule and manage appointments with accuracy and professionalism
Respond to patient inquiries while maintaining excellent client communication
Manage and update spreadsheets, reports, and administrative records
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth workflows and task completion
