This role supports a cloud-native healthcare platform where Salesforce is part of the ecosystem, but software engineering is the primary focus.

What You’ll Do

Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages.
Architect and implement event-driven and asynchronous workflows.
Integrate cloud services with Salesforce and other external systems.
Own the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and observability.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Collaborate with product, Salesforce, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Evaluate trade-offs and propose architectures that prioritize scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend or full-stack).
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or C#.
Experience building APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, clean code, and system design.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS/SNS, and API Gateway.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
Advanced English proficiency (C1).
