We’relooking for a strategic and hands-onCommunity Lead,with a deepconnection tothe architecture community,who willspearhead our community marketing efforts across the UK and US.You’lllead a growing team of Community Managers and Program Managers, while also directly engaging with the architecture community to spark and amplify conversations about FormaSite Design, Forma BuildingDesignand future offerings.
You’llbe responsible forbuilding a community engine that drivesawareness, credibility, and adoption-both online and at key industry events.You’llwork closely with Product, Growth, and Content teams to ensure community insights shape our roadmap and messaging.
You’llnurture a team thatthrives onownership-people who wantto stretch across theentire roleof community marketing: from shaping narratives and engaging users to drivingstrategyand measuring impact.
Spark,participatein, and amplify discussions across LinkedIn, Reddit,Archinect, andassociated forums-with a focus on the UK market
