Key Exciting Responsibilities:
navigate through and usage of Transporeon web-platform and support tools
check and registering of invoice scope
validate of format and data of each invoice
perform data update via interface per Client’s/Carrier's request
conduct statistical analyses support regarding the amount of processed invoices
Essential Skills & Experience:
good skills of MS Office
minimum intermediate English language skills and enjoy working in an international environment, are able to adjust your communication style according to the respective culture
the ability to work both, independently and as part of a team
attention to details and accuracy in completing complex tasks
ability to learn fast and work under time pressure
proactive approach in problem solving
