Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Specialistutilizesand role-models our consultative sales process to convert telephone, text, and web leads to booked appointments. The successful candidate willutilizeChapter’ssales system to achieve assigned sales targets, overcomeobjectionsand differentiate Chapter as the marketleader;and delight potential guests with an exceptional service experience. The Inside Sales Specialist will foster and nurture positive relationships with potential guests, conduct regular lead management activities, and achieve targeted lead-to-consult conversion ratio. The Inside Sales Specialist willmaintainan elevated level of industry knowledge and department processes. The Inside Sales Specialist is expected toshowcaseand role-model best-in-class guest service, decision quality, collaboration, and adaptability as Chapter continues to grow. This position is fully remote.
