About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for their internal teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all systems and tools run smoothly, resolving technical issues efficiently, and helping employees stay productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to internal remote teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues.
- Maintain and update IT tools, systems, and user accounts.
- Support setup and configuration of computers, networks, and SaaS platforms.
- Ensure adherence to IT and data security best practices.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve IT processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Support or as an IT Generalist.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across hardware, software, and access systems.
- Experience supporting remote teams and managing SaaS tools.
- Familiar with basic networking concepts and security best practices.
- Excellent written English and clear communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
