We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across multiple B2B and SaaS brands. This is a hands-on role. You'll develop content pillars, manage the calendar, create and edit posts, and optimize based on what's actually working, not just schedule content and check a box.
We want someone who understands what makes B2B content perform and can execute against that daily.
Responsibilities
- Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Build and manage the content calendar across multiple brands and accounts
- Handle daily content creation from concept through editing, captioning, and publishing
- Turn platform trends into original content that fits our voice—dry, direct, anti-influencer
- Track performance metrics and iterate on hooks, formats, and timing based on results
- Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what we're testing next
- 3+ years managing social media for B2B, SaaS, or startups, with a portfolio that proves growth
- C1 English or equivalent fluency
- Strong video and photo editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent)
- Exceptional writing—clear, sharp, and persuasive
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and X algorithm dynamics, not just posting schedules
- Comfort working across multiple brands and adapting tone accordingly
- Self-directed and organized—you won't be micromanaged
Nice To Have
- Experience with founder-led or personal brand content
- Familiarity with SaaS, email marketing, or B2B lead generation
- On-camera presence for short-form video
- Salary: $800 to $2,000 USD/ month + 13th month salary
