Overview
We are seeking a part-time E-Learning Specialist based in the US with strong SCORM course development and LMS administration skillset. This role focuses on creating clear instructional content and building SCORM-based training materials for an LMS (LearnUpon). You will support legal operations, product teams, customer success, and training teams by developing educational content that improves understanding and adoption of the CLM product.
Responsibilities
Translate CLM workflows such as clause library usage, approvals, negotiations, and reporting into easy-to-understand language
Create educational content including software simulations, SCORM courses, scripts, slides, assessments, and job aids
Upload and maintain learning content within LearnUpon LMS including tagging, structuring, and updating materials
Create interactive software simulations using Articulate Storyline 360
Work with subject matter experts to gather accurate information across legal, product, customer success, and support
Maintain unified terminology, formatting, and tone across all materials
Review content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with product changes
Monitor course feedback and learning performance metrics to identify improvements
Maintain version control and follow review procedures for all published materials
Required Qualifications
Experience writing content for SaaS products
Hands on experience building or managing training content in LearnUpon or a similar LMS
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
Video editing skills using ScreenPal, Camtasia, or similar video editing software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Experience with Articulate 360 or similar content creation tools
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with LegalTech tools
Familiarity with customer success or customer enablement
Schedule and Engagement
Part time consulting engagement approximately 10-15 hours per week with flexible timing based on project needs.
