Position Overview
Schneider Innovations is a fast-growing U.S.-based brand group and Amazon category leader in medical consumables, personal safety equipment, and healthcare products. We operate a multi-brand portfolio serving both consumer and institutional buyers across North America and Europe through eCommerce and B2B channels.
We are seeking a Senior Technical SEO Specialist to own and scale organic search performance across multiple brand websites and a Shopify B2B eCommerce platform. This is a hands-on, highly technical role focused on site architecture, crawlability, indexing, structured data, and performance optimization at scale.
You will work closely with developers and marketing leadership to diagnose issues, prioritize initiatives, and implement solutions that directly support lead generation and revenue growth. This role is designed for a technical SEO professional who prefers systems, diagnostics, and execution over content production or social media management.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical SEO
- Conduct full technical SEO audits across multiple websites
- Optimize crawlability, indexing, site architecture, URL structure, and internal linking
- Identify and resolve issues including:
- Duplicate content
- Canonical conflicts
- Redirect chains
- Sitemap and robots.txt issues
- 404 and soft-404 errors
- Implement and maintain structured data (JSON-LD schema)
- Improve Core Web Vitals and page speed in collaboration with developers
Google Suite & Analytics
- Analyze traffic, conversions, and user behavior using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Monitor indexing, search queries, and coverage issues in Google Search Console
- Configure and manage events using Google Tag Manager
- Conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner
- Build SEO dashboards and reports in Looker Studio
Keyword Research & SEO Strategy
- Perform keyword research across multiple brands and industries
- Map keywords by search intent (informational, commercial, transactional)
- Identify long-tail and B2B-focused opportunities
- Provide keyword-driven recommendations for landing pages and site structure
On-Page & Shopify SEO
- Optimize metadata, headers, internal linking, and content structure
- Ensure Shopify product pages and collections follow SEO best practices
- Collaborate with designers and developers on UX and landing page improvements
Reporting & Insights
- Produce weekly and monthly SEO performance reports
- Identify ranking changes, traffic trends, and growth opportunities
- Monitor competitor SEO strategies and SERP changes
- Clearly explain findings and recommended actions
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of hands-on Technical SEO experience
- Experience managing SEO for multi-site or multi-brand environments
- Shopify SEO experience
- Strong proficiency with:
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Keyword Planner
- Looker Studio
- Solid understanding of crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience performing full SEO audits independently
- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Sitebulb
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written English for documentation and reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- B2B SEO experience
- Experience with Shopify metafields
- Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
Remote Work Requirements (Philippines)
- Must have at least 3 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (US): 1 PM – 10 PM or 3 PM – 12 PM PH Time
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Backup internet connection available
- Computer capable of running SEO audit tools
- Strong written communication skills for async collaboration
