About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Interactive Services team on a high-visibility, fast-growing sweepstakes casino product.
The designer will play a key role in delivering high-impact marketing and in-game visual assets, working closely with product, monetization, and user acquisition teams. You'll contribute to both execution and ideation, so we’re looking for someone with strong creative instincts who isn’t afraid to try new things and bring ideas to the table.
Responsibilities
- Create high-impact marketing assets for promotions, store packages, UA ads, CRM, and live-ops.
- Design polished in-game visuals: coins, chests, badges, popups, event banners.
- Translate monetization goals into clear, high-converting visual concepts.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent visual style across product and marketing assets.
- Collaborate closely with the product, UA, and monetization teams to deliver fast, effective results.
- Produce quick concepts and iterations, followed by final production-ready designs.
- Ensure top-quality execution in composition, typography, rendering, and UI polish.
- Manage and maintain templates, asset libraries, and visual guidelines for scalable design production.
- Stay up to date on casino and gaming trends to create visuals that are competitive and compelling.
Requirements
- Proven experience in gaming design, ideally in social casino or casual games.
- Strong skills in typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience creating marketing and social media assets, especially for platforms like Meta.
- Basic working knowledge of Figma.
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines and template structures.
- English proficiency (spoken and written) - at least B2 level
- Creative mindset with a willingness to explore ideas, look for references, and add value.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with sweepstakes mechanics or monetization-driven products
- Familiarity with AI tools in the design workflow
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles or experience contributing to UI tasks in gaming
