Who are we searching for?
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who loves ownership and shipping real impact. You’ll help build our AI-powered financial platform end-to-end - from architecture to integrations - and deliver features that directly influence how startups run their finances.

Team structure: 1 Engineering Manager, 2 Senior Full-Stack Developers, 1 Middle Full-Stack Developer, an AI Researcher, and a Head of R&D (responsible for product management and product strategy).
What are your responsibilities?
- Build full-stack features end-to-end - from architecture and database design to releasing it for customers and further support.
- Develop AI-powered product capabilities, including conversational interfaces and intelligent financial tools.
- Create scalable, reliable systems and integrations with financial APIs (QuickBooks, Stripe, Xero, etc.).
- Collaborate with Product, FP&A, and Design to turn business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Make informed architectural decisions that balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and engineering workflows (CI/CD, monitoring, coding standards).
- Mentor engineers through reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive technical initiatives that increase development velocity and product impact.
What are the preferred requirements for the role?
Must-have skills:
- 5+ years of full-stack experience building and shipping products end-to-end.
- Strong skills in Node.js (Nest.js), React, LLM APIs, Typescript, SQL, NoSQL, and AWS
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, ideally financial ones.
- Solid understanding of security, data handling, and compliance basics.
- Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ownership mindset: reliable, proactive, and accountable for results.
- English B2
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Knowledge of REST and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
- Prior experience building fintech or financial automation products.
- Background in startups with rapid iteration and high-pressure releases.

You will report to the Head of R&D and the Engineering Manager.
