The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, community engagement, and outreach, and be comfortable leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize content, communications, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Posting & Management
- Publish weekly content across major social platforms.
- Format captions, hashtags, and schedule posts.
- Upload short-form videos and review basic analytics for performance insights.
2. Community Engagement & Inbox Support
- Respond to comments and messages using approved tone and brand voice.
- Utilize custom ChatGPT assistants for polished replies.
- Flag trends, questions, or conversations that need attention.
3. Group & Community Outreach
- Find and join relevant online groups and communities.
- Share approved content appropriately and track posting permissions.
- Identify new engagement opportunities within communities.
4. Reddit & Forum Participation
- Monitor relevant subreddits and forums.
- Respond to questions using NEO content and AI tools.
- Surface frequent discussion topics and share helpful resources.
5. SEO, Backlinks & Outreach
- Research backlink and guest post opportunities.
- Draft outreach emails using AI tools in brand voice.
- Track outreach progress and maintain accurate records.
6. AI & ChatGPT Support
- Use AI assistants to generate responses, captions, outreach messages, and content rewrites.
- Follow structured prompts and brand guidelines consistently.
7. Admin & Marketing Support
- Manage weekly content calendars and related files.
- Maintain hashtag lists, group lists, and caption templates.
- Conduct light research and prepare weekly performance summaries.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community management.
- Strong written communication skills; able to write clear and engaging content.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and communication.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of SEO, backlink strategies, and online outreach.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
