Description
NCH are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to join our busy sales teams. We are looking for the right candidate who can maintain, solicit and grow our customer base, and be responsible for selling profitable solutions via telephone to customers within assigned territory and to dormant accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Complete outbound telephone calls to current and prospective customers and own the business opportunities these create for products and services.
- Maintain territories when Sales Specialists leave the business or are on temporary leave.
- Handle incoming customer calls with the intent of extending contract to sell new or additional products and / or services and to provide customer satisfaction and retention.
- Generating quotations and following these through to order conversion.
- Follow up on campaigns that have been initiated.
- May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less-experienced inside sales positions.
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable
- Use LMS (training course) platform effectively.
- Ensure adherence with all compliance standards and operate with integrity at all times.
- Ensure adherence to NCH Europe’s health and safety standards, to protect the wellbeing of all NCH Europe Agents and Employees.
- Adhere to and drive NCH Europe’s core values.

- Monthly sales

- % of dormant account sales
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A strong team player with a clear focus on achieving results
- A great communicator with a confident telephone manner, clear, articulate, personable and able to quickly build rapport and build trust with business customers.
- Very well organized, able to pick up new ideas, new solutions and deliver a successful sales pitch.
- Enjoys beating sales targets and earning money, constantly trying to better own personal performances and set new standards.
- Innovative and creative, able to remain confident when dealing with negative situations and to come up with imaginative solutions to difficult problems
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Strong Telesales / Customer Service experience with a successful track record of achievement is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, using customer relationship management software and sales order management systems would be beneficial
- Fluency in Swedish and Finnish is essential - you will be dealing with clients in Finland and Sweden,
- Fluency in English is desirable
- UK remote option can be considered for the right candidate
