Graphic Designer
Our client partners with faith-based camps, retreat centers, and nonprofit organizations to deliver high-quality creative solutions across digital design, branding, email assets, and web updates. They support ministry-focused teams with visual storytelling that strengthens engagement, fundraising, and community growth, collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to bring impactful ideas to life.

Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will support a wide range of creative projects, including digital PDFs, pitch decks, branding, email design, and web graphics. This role requires a strong visual storyteller who can balance creativity with organization, communicate clearly with clients, and consistently deliver polished work on time. The designer will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual assets tailored to ministry-focused messaging.
Key Responsibilities
General Design
Design digital PDFs, pitch decks, infographics, booklets, curricula, pamphlets, flyers, posters, banners, signs, postcards, letters, and T-shirts.
Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Email Design
Create and format email templates in HubSpot and Kit.
Optimize email assets for readability, conversions, and mobile responsiveness.
Web Design & Updates
Brand Design
Develop logos, email headers, posters, and social media graphics.
Create branding for fundraising campaigns, special projects, and annual themes.
Collaborate with senior designers on larger creative initiatives.
Video & Digital Content
Collaboration & Communication
Participate in weekly team and client meetings conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.
Communicate proactively about timelines, revisions, and project needs.
Work independently while staying aligned with the creative team.
Qualifications
Experience
Professional graphic design experience.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Kit, and WordPress preferred.
Video editing experience is a plus.
Ability to work and attend meetings during U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
Reliable internet connection and strong English communication skills.
