Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Reporting
- Content Creation: Develop, film, and edit TikTok videos that reflect current trends, brand personality, and lifestyle appeal.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers daily through comments, DMs, and live sessions to nurture an active and enthusiastic community.
- Trend Spotting: Identify and act on viral trends, sounds, and cultural moments relevant to jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle.
- Collaborations: Partner with influencers, creators, and real customers to co-create authentic and high-performing content.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze engagement metrics (views, likes, shares, comments) to optimize future content strategy.
- Brand Representation: Serve as the relatable, on-camera voice and face of the brand — aligned with both global messaging and local culture.
- Deep knowledge of TikTok culture, trends, and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Confident on-camera presence and ability to produce visually appealing, on-brand content.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing preferred.
- Strong video editing and captioning skills with attention to tone, timing, and aesthetics.
- Passion for fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle content.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural, authentic online voice.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining alignment with U.S. PST working hours.
