Role Overview
The Video Editor will support the studio’s growth by creating compelling video content that drives user acquisition across mobile ad networks. The Video Editor will bring extensive post-production experience across various formats, combining creative editing with analytical thinking to craft both short-form and long-form mobile game advertisements.
This role includes assembling footage, applying creative techniques, incorporating multimedia elements, and producing high-quality gameplay videos using proprietary replay tools while collaborating closely with the Creative Production Team.
Key Responsibilities
Gameplay Capture & Editing
Learn and use proprietary game match replay software to record gameplay footage.
Assemble and edit footage, applying creative editing techniques across various video styles and formats.
Creative Enhancement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Creative Production Team to determine top-performing videos and plan iterations.
Format and resize videos for use across Facebook, YouTube, and other ad networks.
Industry Awareness & Tools
Qualifications
Experience
Proven experience as a Video Production Specialist or in a similar role.
Experience operating effectively as a remote team member.
Experience formatting and resizing videos for social media platforms.
Skills
Strong proficiency in After Effects, with familiarity in video editing software and techniques.
Willingness to learn and work with AI voice-over tools.
Ability to learn and use proprietary game match replay software.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
