Role Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by setting appointments for the Founder to close deals. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge technology company and contribute to its success.
About the Founder: The Founder has a Software-as-a-Service background as a closer for the last four years with two separate companies. Founder will lead training and development for this role, and this will be a key hire for his team and company success.
Key Responsibilities
- Main Task: Setting appointments for the Founder to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Utilise an AutoDialer App for efficient and effective dialling processes.
- Use provided lead sourcing tools and resources, including CRM, Autodialer, and Data, to maximise appointment setting outcomes.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination in appointment setting activities.
- Consistently meet and exceed appointment setting targets and performance metrics.
- Adhere to established processes and guidelines for appointment setting to maintain quality standards.
- Provide timely and accurate updates on appointment setting progress and outcomes.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimisation in appointment setting strategies.
