This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 4 hours a day flexible within 8 am to 6 pm GMT
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage staff rotas for multiple locations
- Coordinate payroll information by sending numbers and data to external accountants
- Handle basic email management and monitoring
- Update company website on Squarespace platform (adding stock items, updating prices)
- Provide general administrative support to reduce operational burden on business owner
- Support business operations across two coffee shops and one deli location
Requirements:
- Experience with basic administrative tasks and email management
- Familiarity with Squarespace or similar website platforms (no coding required)
- Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and rotas
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Comfortable working part-time hours with potential for increased responsibilities
