Job Title: Appointment Setter / CRM Specialist

Salary: $6 - $11 per hour | $960 - $1,760 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Schedule:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CT
We are seeking a professional Appointment Setter to join our team and directly support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking qualified appointments, managing leads in GoHighLevel, and ensuring smooth hand-offs to the sales team.
Strong English communication skills (minimal accent) are required, as this role is client-facing. Candidates with excellent spoken English may also handle customer support calls as a secondary responsibility.
This position is critical to maintaining a steady sales pipeline and supporting company growth in the Texas energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Manage, update, and maintain accurate data within GoHighLevel CRM.
- Follow up with warm leads to increase conversion rates.
- Send reminders to minimize no-shows and confirm attendance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient lead handoffs.
- Provide basic customer support via phone (if strong English proficiency).
- 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales development.
- Strong spoken and written English (minimal accent).
- Experience working with GoHighLevel CRM (or similar CRM).
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects professionally.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in managing schedules and pipelines.
