This role provides a key support function for ensuring accurate and timely data management across organizational systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to operational efficiency by entering, verifying, and maintaining high-quality records while supporting team processes. This position offers a remote work environment with collaboration across departments, providing exposure to structured data management procedures and opportunities to improve workflow accuracy. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to established guidelines are essential to success in this role. The position is initially a 3-month contract with potential for extension or conversion.
Accountabilities
- Enter and maintain accurate alpha/numeric data in organizational systems.
- Follow established data entry processes and quality standards.
- Provide guidance to staff on routine procedures when necessary.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Make decisions and recommendations within defined guidelines and procedures.
- Support operational efficiency by ensuring timely and accurate data management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior data entry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus.
- Good mathematical ability and ability to perform routine calculations accurately.
- Ability to follow established processes and maintain data integrity.
- Fully remote work supporting EST hours.
