Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce digital and print collateral - social content, EDMs, signage, property boards, brochures, and ad templates
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Brief turnarounds on property listings, campaigns, and agent collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts
- Manage and update design templates for team use
- Resize and adapt assets across formats and platforms
Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and detail
- Experience in a fast-turnaround environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Real estate or property industry experience a bonus, but not essential

- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- A strong communicator who can take a brief and run with it
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Passionate about design and visual storytelling
