Daily Tasks:
• Create and schedule content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Manage TikTok Shop product uploads and catalog updates (pulling products from Shopify and uploading to TikTok Shop)
• Plan and execute TikTok Live sessions, including setup, monitoring, and engagement during broadcasts
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and audience engagement across all platforms
• Create graphics and other promotional content for social media posts
• Conduct outreach and engagement activities
• Track and report on social media analytics and audience growth
• Coordinate with the team on trunk show promotions and seasonal campaigns
• Send email and SMS marketing blasts to promote products and events
• Provide support during TikTok Live events, including filtering comments and driving real-time engagement
Working Schedule:
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 11:00am - 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time
• Thursday and Sunday: 7:00pm - 8:30pm Eastern Standard Time (for TikTok Live)
