Job Summary:
The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for providing architecture design and support for Information Technology based systems at the Company and its affiliated companies while serving as a resource on various IT projects.
Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):
- Provide efficient operations and maintenance of select systems within the organization
- Manage SCCM environment including but not limited to deployment of applications, windows updates, Operating System Deployment, Reports and overall health of environment
- Provides 2nd & 3rd level technical support within the Company I.T. infrastructure including:
- Maintain and monitor system health and stability of infrastructure systems
- Provide infrastructure solutions to support business initiatives
- Participate as a technical resource in multiple enterprise projects
- Analyze and make recommendations for improving infrastructure operations including design changes, best practices adherence, and capacity planning
- Maintain documentation regarding the enterprise infrastructure including process and procedures for support, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Printer Management
- File Share Management
- Active Directory Management
- Other duties as required and assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years' of experience in an infrastructure support role, preferably a technical leadership position; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting a multi-location enterprise environment and 500+ users
- Experience performing administrative, maintenance and troubleshooting functions within a multi-platform, enterprise environment including:
- Server and Directory Services
- Active Directory
- Entra
- Windows Server
- VMware
- Exchange
- Office365 Suite
- Dell / HP Server Platforms
- SAN
- Cisco UCS Platform
- EMC Data Protection Suite Backup Infrastructure
- Veeam
- SCCM
- Fundamental infrastructure networking
- Disaster Recovery
- Public and Private Cloud Management (Preferred)
- Knowledge of leading industry technologies with a strong knowledge of IT governance, project planning, and the technological usage/alternatives available in a multi-platform environment
- Knowledge of PowerShell or VBScript a plus
Travel Requirement, Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
- Ability to travel locally for activities such as meetings, classes, data center, offices, and workshops.
- Must be able to travel occasional by air as needed to attend training, conferences, and related activities.
- Occasional overnight travel as required should not exceed 10% of the time
- Office environment where the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. Some walking, standing, bending, reaching, and ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
The US base salary for this full-time position is $112,000 -$140,000 plus bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
