Role
We’re looking for a talented Influencer & Social Media Manager to join our creative team.
In this role, you will take ownership of our influencer marketing and social media strategies managing partnerships with creators while building and growing our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Requirements
Systems Thinker
Skilled at building organized processes for influencer outreach, content scheduling, and tracking.
Experience
Previous experience in influencer marketing and social media management, with a skill in tracking records of growing communities, driving engagement, and executing successful campaigns.
A Master Relationship Builder
You’re skilled at identifying, pitching, and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with content creators from micro-influencers to established talent.
A Social Media Strategist
Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, analytics, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You know how to plan and post content that engages, converts, and builds brand loyalty.
A Strategic Negotiator
You’re confident in managing contracts, setting deliverables, and negotiating deals that ensure maximum ROI while maintaining authentic brand partnerships.
An Excellent Communicator
You know how to communicate clearly and authentically with influencers, your team, and your audience while maintaining consistency in brand voice.
Bonus
Experience managing paid social campaigns or collaborating with performance marketing teams.
