Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can own and grow our presence across platforms — especially Twitter (X), YouTube, and Discord.
This is not a “post and schedule” role.
You’ll be responsible for shaping our voice, driving engagement, and turning content into real user growth.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage all social media channels (X, YouTube, Discord, others)
Plan and execute content strategies focused on growth and engagement
Create high-performing content (threads, short-form videos, visuals, memes)
Turn product features (deals, rewards, tools) into compelling content
Run campaigns for launches (tools, features, offers)
Engage with the community daily (replies, DMs, discussions)
Collaborate with the team on growth experiments (A/B angles, hooks, formats)
Track performance and continuously optimize content strategy
Help position SmartPropFirm as a trusted brand in the prop trading space
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts
Strong understanding of Twitter (X), YouTube, and online communities
Ability to write sharp, engaging, high-converting content
Good sense of internet culture, trends, and what performs
Self-driven and proactive — able to take ownership without hand-holding
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus Points
Experience in trading, prop firms, or fintech
Experience with content experiments (viral threads, growth loops, etc.)
Familiarity with tools like analytics dashboards, scheduling tools, or basic design/video editing
