Pool Attendants of America is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Must be familiar with the iMac.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling incoming correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Organize and maintain company records, files, and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and team members.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant records.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and project coordination.
- Handle office supply inventory and place orders to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the organization’s overall efficiency of the organization.
- The schedule will be standard work hours - Monday through Friday.
- Total hours will be 25+ per week.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or relevant role preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required and signed prior to employment.
- A background check will also be required.
- Pay will be between $15 - $17.50 per hour.
