A fast-growing, remote-first SaaS environment is seeking a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to own and scale its digital presence. You will be responsible for shaping engaging content strategies across multiple social platforms, with a strong focus on the French market. The role combines creativity, analytics, and hands-on execution in a high-autonomy setting. Accountabilities:
- Own and execute the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across key platforms
- Plan, create, publish, and optimize content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and publishing cadence
- Build, engage, and grow an active online community around the brand
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously refine content strategy for better outcomes
- Identify trends, test new content formats, and drive experimentation to improve reach and engagement
Requirements:
- Fluent in French with strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Based in France
- Proven experience managing social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Strong understanding of French consumer behavior and digital trends
- Experience in content creation, campaign management, and community engagement
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Comfortable working in a remote, async, and fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with a strong focus on results and performance
