Job Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual Immigration Administrative Assistant who will help keep a busy immigration practice running smoothly through proactive coordination, precise follow-through, and client-focused communication. In this role, you will manage schedules, keep deadlines and appointments on track, and maintain well-organized digital client records so the team can operate with confidence even during high workload periods. You will serve as a reliable point of contact for client communications while ensuring details are captured accurately and consistently in the firm’s systems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, takes initiative without being asked, and is known for careful, low-error work that supports high standards.
-Salary Range: from $1,060 USD to 1,150 USD.

• Work schedule and timezone: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. EST.
• Language requirement: Spanish is mandatory due to client needs.

◦ PowerPoint for preparing presentations and materials

Preferred background:
◦ Immigration experience or knowledge is highly preferred
◦ No previous legal experience is required
