Job Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and backorders
- Generate inventory reports and review stock discrepancies
- Manage SKU creation, product movements, and stock accuracy
- Conduct stocktakes and prepare variance reports
Purchasing
- Monitor reorder levels and place purchase orders
- Negotiate terms with suppliers and coordinate freight logistics
- Alert relevant departments for marketing materials and stock changes
- Assist with cash flow forecasts and vendor payment reports
Logistics & Warehousing
- Follow up on incoming shipments and liaise with freight forwarders
- Ensure accurate receiving, picking, and packing of orders
- Support warranty claims, replacements, and exports
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse space
Administrative Support
- Assist with internal admin and reporting for the Supply Chain team
- Update inventory systems and support stock-related queries
- Contribute to a positive team culture and customer-first mindset
- 2–3 years’ experience in inventory planning, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and demand planning.
- Experience working with ERP systems (CIN7, Dear Inventory, or similar).
- Experience working with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Exposure to sea/air freight coordination and Incoterms (advantageous).
- Experience supporting Accounts Payable functions.
- Experience in multi-SKU product-based businesses (retail, FMCG, beauty, wholesale preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis).
- Experience using Xero for supplier bill entry.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management capability.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Commercially aware (understands margins, freight costs, working capital impact).
- Comfortable working independently without daily supervision.
- Strong written English for supplier communication.
- Valid NBI clearance (mandatory).
- Ability to provide two professional references.
