We are seeking motivated and professional Appointment Setters based in Grenada to support our growing U.S.-based benefits agency. This role focuses on outbound outreach to individuals who have previously expressed interest in learning more about their supplemental benefits.

This is a structured, remote opportunity ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, professionalism, and consistency.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to warm and semi-warm leads
Confirm interest and qualify potential clients
Schedule virtual appointments for licensed benefit representatives
Follow a structured call script and tracking system
Maintain accurate notes in our CRM
Meet daily and weekly activity benchmarks

This role does not require insurance licensing and does not involve policy sales.
