Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Sales Support Specialist to support the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and preparing leads within the payments and acquiring space. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in building a career in fintech and the payments industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in contacting prospective companies and arranging meetings
Work with internal databases and CRM systems to manage and update lead information
Qualify inbound leads and assess their relevance based on company criteria
Provide sales managers with structured and relevant information about leads (industry, geography, payment needs, etc.)
Support ongoing lead generation initiatives and data research
Ensure accurate documentation and proper pipeline tracking
Requirements
Basic knowledge of the payments industry
Understanding of acquiring is a strong plus
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and develop within fintech
Ability to work with databases and structured data
Good communication skills
Previous experience in fintech, PSP, EMI, or acquiring companies is a plus
