Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This role focuses on daily content execution, community engagement, and performance-driven optimization.
This is a hands-on role designed for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and consistently execute high-quality social content while keeping a pulse on trends and audience behavior. The Social Media Manager will ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and overall messaging strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Content Execution
Publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including posts, stories, and short-form video
Ensure consistent posting cadence aligned with the content calendar and platform best practices
Community Engagement
Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
Initiate meaningful conversations that strengthen community connection and brand loyalty
Social Copy & Content Support
Content Planning & Organization
Develop, maintain, and execute a structured content calendar
Ensure deadlines, posting schedules, and deliverables are consistently met
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor performance metrics across platforms, including engagement, reach, and growth
Use insights and trends to optimize future content and posting strategies
Trend Monitoring & Creative Ideation
Stay up to date on social media trends, formats, and best practices
Continuously brainstorm new content ideas to improve engagement and organic growth
Brand Alignment & Quality Control
Ensure all content is authentic, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s messaging and values
Maintain attention to detail to ensure content quality and consistency
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Skills
Strong copywriting skills for captions, text overlays, and social messaging
Experience with community engagement and audience interaction strategies
Comfort analyzing social media insights to inform content decisions
Mindset & Attributes
Creative and trend-aware with a strong understanding of social platforms
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently
Reliable, self-sufficient, and consistent in execution
