Our in-house Creative team produces high-performing direct-response ads using actor footage, UGC, storyboards, VO, and asset libraries. You’ll have access to everything you need: caption templates, b-roll, SFX, LUTs, fonts, subscriptions, references, and hundreds of previous winners for inspiration.
The Role:
What You’ll Do
Creative Strategy & Narrative Building
Analyze top-performing ads weekly to identify strong hooks, angles, pacing, and winning structures.
Build “monster ads” by stitching proven segments into new, high-performance concepts.
Develop ad ideas independently — you are the storyboard.
Craft scroll-stopping pacing, tone, and structure grounded in direct-response psychology.
Data-Driven Editing
Interpret performance dashboards (TSR, hold rate, CTR, CPA) and translate insights into creative hypotheses.
Build rapid-iteration variations that test hooks, CTAs, pacing, and value props.
Work closely with the growth, analytics, and copywriting teams to scale winning themes.
Hands-On Editing
Edit short-form direct-response ads optimized for Meta and TikTok.
Pull from large asset libraries with skill and efficiency.
Add captions, transitions, sound design, color correction, motion graphics, and AI-enhanced assets.
Produce multiple versions for structured performance testing.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Communicate the “why” behind your creative decisions clearly and strategically.
Partner with performance marketing leads to identify new opportunities.
Operate independently while maintaining alignment with Creative and Growth leadership.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years editing high-performing direct-response ads for Meta and TikTok.
Demonstrated success scaling UGC-style DR ads using an iteration-based approach.
Strong portfolio showcasing paid social ads, UGC edits, and DR creative builds.
Deep understanding of hooks, angles, pacing, and short-form storytelling.
Ability to read performance metrics and instinctively understand how to adjust creative.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, plus comfort with AI-assisted tools.
Highly organized with strong asset-management skills.
Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to communicate creative choices with clarity.
Creative, resourceful, and able to produce high-quality concepts without extensive direction.
