The Inside Sales Representative acts as a dedicated consultant for prospective customers, guiding them through the transition to automated insulin delivery. This includes managing lead inquiries, educating interested individuals on the system’s benefits, andfurther supporting those leads as they prepare to be trainedonOmnipod.Bymaintaininga high-touch relationship with potential users, the representative ensures that every customer is fully prepared for their clinical training and long-term success withour product.
This position requires a high degree of consumer interaction and communication to ensure the customer experience is positive,professionaland optimally reflectsInsulet’sgoal to exceed customer expectations.
The ideal candidate mustbe able todemonstratestrong historical sales success,strong business acumen,proven ability to learn complex technical material and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will alsodemonstratethe ability to work effectivelyand professionallyin a key cross-functional role with internal and external stakeholders.
