We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who can support both operational workflows and portfolio level financial visibility. You will work across property management systems, track ongoing activity and contribute to financial reporting, modeling and data organization. This role blends real estate operations with analytical work that helps leadership understand performance across the portfolio.
If you are strong in Excel, comfortable with property data and interested in startup style execution, this role offers a path shaped by both financial and operational exposure.

What You’ll Work On
Portfolio Reporting and Analysis
- Support portfolio financial tracking including monthly and quarterly roll ups
- Maintain expense, revenue and utility records in Excel or Notion
- Assist with basic modeling, scenario work or trend analysis
- Ensure all financial data from property systems is accurate and complete
Property Operations and System Management
- Maintain data across RentManager, AppFolio or similar platforms
- Track maintenance activity, expenses and operational events
- Support documentation and workflows for asset management
Vendor and Maintenance Coordination
- Communicate with vendors and property managers when operational tasks require follow up
- Track recurring service schedules and confirm completion
- Assist with operational communication and updates as needed
Access Control and Technology Tools
- Monitor digital access tools such as RemoteLock or TTLock
- Coordinate resets, updates or troubleshooting
- Ensure data stays aligned across systems
What You Bring
- Experience in real estate, property operations or financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, data organization and basic modeling
- Familiarity with property management software such as RentManager or AppFolio
- Clear written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern or Central time zones
Nice to Have
- Experience analyzing multi property portfolios
- Exposure to operational and financial reporting
- Understanding of access control tools or vendor management
