Job Title: Video Editor (TikTok, IG)

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Video Editor to support our growing content needs across TikTok and Instagram for organic and paid. This role sits at the center of our storytelling universe — shaping founder-led content, behind-the-scenes moments, product education, and UGC-style videos. You’ll work directly with the founder to edit existing content, build new concepts, and create multiple versions of videos that feel native to each platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram (organic feed videos and ads), including behind-the-scenes storytelling videos with voiceovers, UGC, scroll-stopping product shots, and face-to camera videos
For face-to-camera videos:
- Clean up transcripts to ensure quick pacing (removing pauses, filler words, unnecessary tangents, etc.), adding visual hooks and sound effects, relevant pop-ups, music, and other engaging video elements
For storytelling style videos:
- Selecting relevant clips from a raw footage library of A-roll and B-roll to match the storyline, edit voiceovers, and selecting music
- Building ad-ready versions of high-performing videos (clear text hooks, quicker pacing)
- 2+ years of experience editing videos.
- Experience working in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
- Experience editing vertical short-form video (TikTok & IG)
- A strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and hook-writing for social-first content.
- Understanding of beauty/UGC and how to make content feel native, warm, and authentic.
