We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will own our brand voice across social platforms and turn bold ideas into meaningful engagement. This is a role for a creator-strategist hybrid: someone who combines creativity, storytelling, and community building with data-driven growth and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Build and Manage community interactions and build relationships with influencers and ambassadors.
- Build and manage communities primarily on Telegram and WhatsApp, including their ongoing daily management.
- Develop and execute strategies for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
- Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and experiment with new formats (UGC, AR, social commerce).
- Develop a recognizable brand identity and ensure consistency across campaigns.
- Create and publish engaging content: posts, stories, reels/shorts, carousels, and live sessions.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing social media for B2C brands (health/pharma/tech a plus).
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with social management and analytics tools.
- Strong community-building and engagement skills.
- Creative storyteller with trend-spotting abilities.
- Native-level proficiency in German (written and spoken)
