What You’ll Do
✔ Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging to set appointments
✔ Listen actively and reassure with empathy
✔ Manage and update calendars accurately
✔ Keep clear records of conversations and follow-ups
✔ Adapt quickly to new tools, scripts, and processes
✔ Work with multiple clients, each with unique systems and needs
What We’re Looking For
Full-time availability (no part-time/flexible setups)
Must be able to work Canada business hours
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Fast learner – able to adapt across different clients
Empathetic and people-oriented – you know how to listen and reassure
Reliable laptop, headset, and strong internet connection
Appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
