We are seeking a talented and experienced mid-level Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness and engagement across various platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and presence online, particularly within the Japanese market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
- Manage and grow Titan FX's social media presence across key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and relevant Japanese platforms)
- Create engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video, tailored to each platform and audience segment
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively test and implement new strategies
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, customer service to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Analyse social media performance data, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media marketing
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a financial services or fintech environment
- Proven experience working with Japanese brands or targeting a Japanese audience
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with the finance industry and online trading is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Japanese is a significant advantage
