Job Title: Social Media Manager for Real Estate Agents

Objective:
• Support a South Florida based agent by building brand presence and generating leads across IG, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts), and LinkedIn.
About the Role:
• We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager with direct experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of helping real estate agents grow their online presence from the ground up, building trust, engagement, and community through thoughtful, organic strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• A social media manager with direct experience working with real estate agents.
• Someone with a proven track record of growing an agent’s social media from little or nothing to a meaningful following in an organic, clean, and professional way.
• The priority platforms are Instagram and LinkedIn. If they have strengths in other platforms, that’s a plus, but not essential.
• The emphasis is on creating valuable, engaging content that builds trust and community, not just posting for volume.
• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for real estate agents.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, captions, videos, stories, reels, and articles) that highlights the agent’s expertise, builds credibility, and resonates with potential buyers, sellers, and the community.
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement (responding to comments, messages, and fostering connections).
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to continuously optimize results.
• Stay updated on social media trends, especially within the real estate industry, and identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, specifically working with real estate agents or agencies.
• Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts from scratch into meaningful, engaged followings.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn best practices (experience with Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube is a plus).
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, professional, and trust-building content.
• Creative eye for design and storytelling; proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools to track and improve performance.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts/projects effectively.
