Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented and proactive Sales Virtual Assistant to focus on outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach to our clients in California. This role is crucial for generating new leads and converting them into paying clients. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, persistent, and possess a strong drive to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for building our client base through effective cold outreach and diligent follow-up.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a high volume of cold calls to potential clients based on provided leads or through independent research.
Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our service.
Craft compelling and personalized email messages that encourage engagement and opt-ins for promotional updates and purchases.
Follow up on email outreach to nurture leads and schedule follow-up calls.
Consistently work towards achieving a monthly target for converting cold outreach efforts into new clients.
Maintain a detailed and organized client tracker, accurately recording all interactions, call outcomes, email status, and lead progress.
Provide weekly reports on cold calling and email activity, including the number of calls/emails made, leads generated, and conversion progress.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (1+ year) in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
Strong written communication skills for crafting effective emails.
Ability to clearly and concisely articulate product/service value propositions.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in using CRM software or client tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing their own time effectively.
Must be available to work during California PST work hours.
