Sola Wood Flowers is hiring a video editor with direct response and performance marketing experience.
You'll be working with our marketing team to produce video ads that run across Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.
Who are we?
We're changing what artificial flowers can be. Better flowers for less, made from affordable eco-friendly wood.
We've grown to about 200 people in under six years, and we're looking for the right video editor to help keep that growth going.
What's our culture like and who fits in?
Culture fit is the #1 thing we look at when we hire.
We have a real will to win. No work is beneath us if it gets us closer to our goals.
We use creativity to do more with less, and we move fast.
We make decisions based on data. The only "arguments" we get into are about how we should be collecting data and how we should be analyzing it.
We love learning. Every problem is a chance to get better.
If you want a stress-free corporate 9-to-5, this isn't it.
If you want to:
- Help shape a fast-growing company and scale it past $100mm
- Drive real results with a group of smart, passionate, hardworking people who actually have fun doing it
- Work somewhere without politics, busy work, or corporate nonsense
- Share in the growth with a strong compensation package
Then you're in the right place.

Who Should NOT Apply
- Anyone who doesn't connect with the values listed above
- If you don't take pride in your work and treat it like a craft you want to keep getting better at, this isn't the role for you
