Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a fast-growing premium DTC golf brand, find a Video Editor & Animator to own the execution of high-quality, social-first video content across paid and organic channels.
In this role, you’ll transform creative and performance briefs into polished, high-converting video assets — from short-form social content to paid ad variations. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand is experienced globally, ensuring every edit reflects a premium aesthetic and strong storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Edit high-volume short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Translate performance briefs into paid ad creatives (hooks, variations, formats)
- Produce multiple variants of video content for testing and optimization
- Edit and enhance UGC footage into polished, on-brand content
- Make creative decisions on pacing, structure, music, and sound design
- Source stock footage, imagery, and audio assets when needed
- Create and integrate AI-generated voiceovers
- Add motion graphics, captions, and kinetic typography using After Effects
- Develop reusable motion templates for recurring content
- Apply consistent, premium color grading across all video assets
- Manage feedback and revisions via Frame.io
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
- Communicate timelines clearly and proactively flag blockers
Must-Haves:
- Strong portfolio of short-form social and paid ad content
- Proven ability to create high-performing paid ad variants
- Advanced color grading skills with a consistent visual style
- Proficiency in Frame.io for feedback and collaboration
- Solid motion graphics skills (After Effects: text, overlays, transitions)
- Strong sense of music, sound design, and premium aesthetics
- Experience sourcing stock footage and creative assets
- Ability to create AI-generated voiceovers
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Active golfer with a strong understanding of the sport
- Strong aesthetic judgment aligned with premium branding
- Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Experience with multilingual captions/subtitle workflows
