NeoWork is seeking a bilingual Appointment Setter to support a fast-growing partner in the aesthetics and healthcare space. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads into scheduled consultations, guiding prospective patients through the first step of their journey with a professional, empathetic, and sales-driven approach.
This is a high-volume, performance-driven role focused on speed, responsiveness, and conversion. You will manage inbound inquiries across multiple channels, including website forms, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls, while maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
We are looking for someone with a strong sales background who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and confidently guide prospects toward booking consultations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of results while delivering a patient-first experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound leads and convert them into scheduled consultations (virtual or in-person)
- Multichannel Communication: Manage inquiries across phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and web forms
- Consultative Selling: Qualify leads, understand needs, and guide prospects through the booking process with empathy and confidence
- Follow-Up Management: Execute timely and structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, update lead status, and track progress within HubSpot
- Pipeline Ownership: Maintain organization and visibility across all active leads
- Patient Experience: Deliver a professional, responsive, and patient-centered experience aligned with high service standards
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed conversion targets, response time expectations, and activity metrics
- Language: Full fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) with a neutral accent
- Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, appointment setting, or lead conversion roles
- Conversion Skills: Proven ability to build trust quickly and close appointments in a consultative manner
- CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is required
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels
- Responsiveness: Ability to manage high lead volume with speed and consistency
- Attention to Detail: Strong organization and accuracy in managing lead data and follow-ups
