Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw content into sharp, engaging, and high-clarity videos. Your work will help founders communicate their ideas better—whether it’s for investor pitches, social content, or brand storytelling.
This is not about flashy edits—it’s about clarity, structure, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form video content (founder videos, pitch explainers, social clips)
Transform raw recordings into clear, structured, compelling narratives
Add subtitles, motion graphics, and clean visual elements
Ensure consistency in tone, pacing, and storytelling
Collaborate with the team to align videos with messaging frameworks
Repurpose long videos into short-form content (LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Maintain fast turnaround times for sprint-based projects
What You’ll Work On
Founder storytelling videos
Investor pitch explainers
Social media content (short-form clips)
Website and brand videos
✅ Requirements
Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required)
Strong storytelling and pacing skills
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar
Experience with subtitles, motion graphics, and clean design
Ability to simplify complex ideas visually
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience editing startup / SaaS / founder content
Understanding of investor communication or pitch decks
Familiarity with LinkedIn and startup content trends
Basic motion design skills
