Your Mission
As a Sales Support Administrator at NIRx Medical Technologies, your primary role is to support our sales and administrative functions, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our sales processes and providing vital support to our team.
Key Duties / Tasks
- Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations and sales orders.
- Follow up diligently on orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with internal administrative and purchasing teams.
- Engage regularly with key customers to ensure their needs are met and relationships are strengthened.
- Co-ordinate equipment loan processes for key customers, managing all phases from preparation through to return.
- Research customer affiliations and maintain up-to-date records.
- Regularly update information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Your Profile
- Excellent written English skills at C1 level.
- Solid understanding of, and experience with, CRM or ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (including macros and pivot tables).
- A background in neuroscience is an advantage, but not essential.
